Pita Inn

Pita Inn is some of the best and cheapest Mediterranean you can get, but it’s location is kind of unfortunate since it is almost impossible to get to without a car (or you could bike from Evanston if it is a nice day). However it is very inexpensive, and the portions of food are enormous. The restaurant is always hopping so just grab a number and figure out what you want while you wait. The falafal and shwarma sandwiches are great, and the entrees with rice go a long way. There is plenty of seating but it is also a popular carry-out place.
