Voila! has a beautifully ever-changing menu, updated with the seasons and yearly wine vintage releases. Run by Laurent Gabrel, a well-known Seattle chef and restauranteur. The menu includes French classics -- such as Coq au Vin and Poulet Cordon Bleu -- at a reasonable price.
This is the place all the executives and their friends eat after work, and plenty of the French minority of Seattle come out of the woodwork on weekends to satisfy their craving for delicious French creations. Reservations are recommended; this place is well-known and very busy at night.
