This place used to be the best diner to have a buger or pancakes at 3 in the morning, if you didn't want to make the trip to Beth's or wait for the drunks to get out of the Five Point. However, with the recent change in ownership, this place has rapidly turned into just another cafe/bar along 1st Avenue. The food has gotten more expensive without a rise in quality; it's always been great, but the real reason anyone would come here is the atmosphere and the crowd, which has drastically changed.

The only people you're going to find here at midnight are the 20-somethings looking to get buzzed and laid. They've brightened the restaurant, redesigned the inside with new flooring and a bar in the back where there used to be secluded seating. There's no longer music freely played by the waitstaff, just a jukebox full of Top 40 hits. The only reason to go here is for the food.
