Naylor's Auto Repair

I am one of those people who knows nothing of cars, and as such, I would be an easy mark for mechanics that want to scam me. What I really like about Naylor's is their policy of treating your car like it was their own. They make an effort to save you money, and to do the job right. On every time I have had a part go bad, they have saved the part just to show me what was wrong with it, and have spent extra time acquiring parts from junkyards rather than just gouge me for a new part. Further, they have also made it clear exactly how much a repair would cost, and why, such as having to remove the whole

dashboard.

The only downsides to this place is that: 1. They are always extremely busy, and as such, repairs will never be gotten to right away. They really should hire some more people, and 2. They take their time with repairs. This is somewhat of a plus, as things get done right, and get done well, but it can be a problem if this is your only car and need to get to classes.

Ultimately, though, I trust my car to them, and you should too.
