Aoki Japanese Restaurant

If there's one thing Aoki doesn't do, it's cut corners. Their menu is full of items most other places don't have, like agedashi (fried tofu), and the sushi comes simplistic and yet powerful, with fresh full flavors. The waitresses here cater to those looking for a more authentic meal, skipping the kimono theatrics and serving up beautifully presented food, complete with a pot of the best genmaicha tea in all of Seattle, and the signature extra bowls.
