Classic Dilettante, with its Ephemere truffle chocolates and sauce-infused drinks. Definitely a great after-dinner or after a show at the Paramount treat. The walls are almost completely mirrored, giving the feeling of a huge chocolaterie full of sweets-lovers. Plenty of coffee/espresso drinks and non-chocolate items to prevent overload. The crowd gets huge the later at night you go there, so don't mind a 10-15 minute wait for a group of 3 or more.
