Maya Azteca

Huge plates of authentic Mexican food cooked with real Mexican spices. Easily the best Mexican restaurant in the area. As you dine, you are surrounded by Aztec and Mayan influenced artwork and traditional Mexican décor. If you are into good food more than flair, you will be right at home as the waiters are generally soft spoken and slightly reserved. The service is good and the food comes out quickly but I wouldn’t expect the staff to break out the guitars and serenade you mariachi style. Not to worry, the restaurant is filled with Mexican tunes and occasionally offers a live band and dancers. A favorite of the locals, lunches are quiet and dinners mildly busy on weekends. The bar is always a nice spot to linger if you are not up for a full dinner experience. Prices are moderate and average around $12.00 a plate.
