The general rule of thumb for consumers is that quality goes up in price exponentially. ARCS (A Robert Cromeans Salon) is testament to this.
Entry level hairstylist charge about $45 a pop. That is how much one would pay for an expert level hairstylist at other hair salons. So how much do expert level hairstylists charge at ARCS? In the triple digits range. I've tried multiple medium and entry level hairstylists at ARCS, but none ever really satisfied me, especially considering how much I was paying. I finally tried an expert level hairstylist, paying $75, and yes, she was incredibly good and exceeded all my expectations and gave me tips on how to maintain my hair and how and why my hair is going to be cut a certain to get the look I want. I eventually stop going because $75 a month for a haircut was out of my league.
If you can afford, this I ONLY recommend getting expert level hairstylists.
