Summary: One of the biggest malls in San Diego

Horton Plaza sits in the heart of Downtown, so you can expect a lot of foot traffic and energy. The store selection is pretty good for its size, but the con is that navigation can be frustrating. You will see that the mall was designed so that shoppers will have to walk past the most number of malls to get from point A to B (designed to get you to spend the most money). Other than that, this is a pretty cool mall. Great design.
