A Camping or RV Park review.

Summary: Your Best Bet for Off-The-Strip Adventure

Red Rock is a locals favorite, but not just because of the potential savings on accommodations, dining, gaming and entertainment, but because of it's incredible level of service, amenities, and atmosphere. This Resort offers far more than a simply satisfying http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/ Las Vegas Resort experience, and reaches into the realm of absolute excellence.

At just over 10 miles from the Strip, and bordering just on the edge of the Red Rock National Conservancy Area, this is one of the newest properties from the locals-favorite Station Casinos brand. But with a price tag of nearly $1 billion dollars, this is by far their most ambitious, most successfull, and most elegant property.

The resort appears to spring right out of the surrounding landscape, striking a remarkable balance between the beauty of the Red Rock hills, and the sophisticated elegance of a technologically brilliant modern Resort.

The interior is equally well designed, with an incredible array of dazzling materials used to create an interior space that screams elegance, modernity, and sophistication. From the lobby, to the casino, to the restaurants, and showrooms, they designers performed their tasks with an incredible degree of precision.

Red Rock's http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/hotel/guest.php Las Vegas Hotel Rooms & Suites are equally well-crafted, offering gorgeous views of either the Red Rock canyon to the west, or the Las Vegas Strip to the East, providing a spectacular backdrop to the perfect vacation.

All of the latest and greatest amenities, including high thread count sheets, feather comforters, 42-inch plastma TVs in the bedrooms, and 15-inchers in the Bathrooms, Bose stereos supporting iPod usage, wired and wireless high-speed Internet connectivity, the usual mini-bar, plush robes and slippers, a safe, ironing board, and more. These rooms are the epitome of lush resort-style living.

Red Rock also features a full-service http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/gaming/ Las Vegas Casino, with exciting gaming options including 3,000+ slot machines, 60 table games (blackjack, craps, roulette, etc), a high-limit lounge for the bigger fish, a beautiful poker room, a non-smoking bingo hall, keno bar, and impressive race and sports book sporting a 96-foot video wall and invididual monitors for each patron. Everything operates coinlessly, offering supreme convenience for all guests.

But the center of the Red Rock experience lies around the 3-ace http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/entertainment/backyard.php pool and beach area featuring luxury cabanas, multiple pools, a bar and cafe, gaming tables, and a stage that attracts some of the biggest names in the Las Vegas musical scene.

But their http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/spa/ Las Vegas Spa is truly unequalled in terms of service, offerings, and satisfaction, offering massages, both the standard and exotic menu items, in an indoor, outdoor setting, with couples retreat rooms, sauna and jacuzzi facilities, and a full sized boxing ring for those so inclined.

Red Rock sports more than ten http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/dining/ fine dining options, including one of the most lauded steakhouses in all of Las Vegas - T-Bones Chophouse - and my personal favorite option for Japanese cuisine within city limits at Hachi. Italian, Mexican, the Buffet, and Cafe dining are all also conveniently available. Those looking for quicker (and less pricey) options will be delighted by access to both Fatburger and Capriotti's in their Food Court.

And things only get hotter when the sun goes down, with one of Las Vegas' most celebrated clubs - http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/entertainment/cherry_nightclub.php Cherry - provided some of the best night life in all of Sin City. There are also several bars and lounges for those looking for a more subdued vibe.

But for more traditional entertainment, don't be surprised to find a 16-screen movie theater with private VIP boxes, a 72-lane luxury bowling alley - Red Rock Lanes - several shopping boutiques, and hotel packages including rock-climbing, white water rafting, kayaking, and bike tours of the nearby Red Rock Canyon.

To put it simply - Red Rock has something for everyone, and it delivers it with excellence from start to finish. While it's not a "discount" hotel by any stretch of the imagination, subtle extras like the http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/hotel/shuttle_info.php free shuttle to the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport definitely add to the value.

This is truly a travel destination in and of itself. For Las Vegas Resort Vacation, you couldn't choose a better venue.
